Good. If https://www.astralcodexten.com/p/in-defense-of-the-amyloid-h... is correct, the reason existing anti-amyloid drugs don't work well is amyloid leads to tau which leads to neurodegeneration, so by the time somebody is impaired by Alzheimer's they already have too much tau and reducing amyloid won't help much.
My irritation is that it's not till 7th paragraph until they tell us what the drug is.
It's almost like that's not the important thing.
