    seems lately HN hiring has been mostly filled with seekers instead of those hiring.

      Any better data source? Only things I found is that job postings are down 30% and number of employees at FAANG is lower than in 2021.

    Most job posts on HN were tech orientated. You generally shouldn't be hiring technical people in 2026.
