    There's a wide spectrum of mental capability amongst humans. People on the lower range will not be "empowered to innovate and solve complex problems".

    Bill is been so right about so many things for such a long time! Not. We give way too much credence to past success especially if it involves a big payout - in this case from cutthroat business practices (and grievously incompetent competitors) far more than any real innovation.
